"Breakfast was included which is good when traveling with family. Public transport was one minute walk from hotel and it can be used to get to multiple destinations including gondola ride so you don’t need to worry about parking. Plus hotel provided us with free 3 day pass for the bus which was great."

"Everything was great especially the location! I got the split sleep area room which I did not book for and staff did not say anything when checking in. Just only one thing I don’t like was the pillow was very small and not a sleep pillow which was strange that we got throw square pillow for sleeping."

"Towels were scratchy and poor quality. Most of the food in the morning was not hot. Carpet in the room where dogs are allowed does not make sense. Someone entered our room and may have taken our good shampoo. No Do Not Enter signs were available. No fresh coffee was provided. Only a machine that produced poor coffee and looked old."

"Good place to move to the town. Because the hotel provided bus tickets, easy and free to go And we can see wild animals from the hotel. Good to stay for kids as well"

"Beautiful room with amazing views. Highly rated restaurant in the hotel. Extremely helpful staff, advised us with hikes in Banff National Park. Wonderful hot tub. The only negative is the trans Canada highway #1 down below the hotel so it’s really noisy on the balcony."
