"I was very surprised to be given a room in a separate out building, down a flight of steps or a long walk down the drive to get to a ramp, I am disabled and have a blue badge, the only available disabled parking bay was near the rear door of the hotel ie a long walk to the room I was given! I did ask for a room in the hotel but was told they were all taken"

"The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!"

"We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected. It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!"
