"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "A very well appointed hotel. Good room size, lighting, cooling and cleanliness. I liked the little things like coffee machine, plenty of milk, sugar and bathroom extras. A fridge provided and good quality glasses. Breakfast and dinner very good. I am very well travelled and this was one of the best. Good value."

"No lifts on this property, and the stairs are narrow and hard to navigate w heavy luggage. Good property for the young person with small luggage. Less so for the elderly or people with heavy luggage."

"The rooms are small but carefully proportioned to fit in the shower and toilet. The bed is an unusual one that raises at one end to allow more elevated sleeping or sitting. The tech seems a little superfluous throughout the hotel but the kind friendly staff show what the hotel's redl strength is. Breakfast is well organised with plenty choice."
