"Easy to find and a good location as it’s near not far from M40 or to Bicester Village and train station ( the latter being an approx 10 minute drive). The staff were nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice although the shower heads shot out water in random directions which was a bit annoying. Bit of descaling would sort that out easily. There was plenty of parking and the accommodation was across a courtyard from the pub.i would imagine a nice spot in the summer. Food was...

"Had all the essentials, good location and good shower. The bed was unfortunately very hard and uncomfortable and there was a constant whirring sound in the room a bit like a faint extractor fan. It just wouldn't stop and, as a light sleeper, made it difficult to get to sleep. Our room was also next to reception and early in the morning we could hear all the conversations going on at the reception desk and in the breakfast area. "Heythrop is nestled in the Cotswods, in and around a magnificent 18thc manor. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous building. Plenty to occupy. Lots of options to eat drink while the time away, not forgetting Spa and golf options. Staff are very helpful, rooms are comfy. "

"Nice stay, rooms were nicely appointed. Good size en-suite. Had dinner and breakfast in hotel, both meals were very good. Would recommend getting room on top floor as it can be noisy from room above. The down is well worth a visit"
