"A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)"

"We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Syon Park. It's a nice hotel and the hotel staff is quite helpful. We did not use any amenities except for the bar and breakfast. The outside sitting area is very nice. Walks into town are fairly short and there are plenty of places to eat in town. The main issue we had is that one of the bar staff was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with and made using the bar uncomfortable. "Easy check-in process and comfortable bed However on first receiving room noted lip stick stains on pillows, hair on bed, stains on bed sheet and poorly cleaned toilet While an alternative room was offered we noted that the shower doesn’t drain properly the sink leaks water on the ground Parking was hassle free and reasonable rates For the price was a reasonable stay but I wonder if maintenance and upkeep have areas to be improved"

"We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary.
