"Breakfast was good, efficient and the buffet was open until 11am. Location was within walking distance to the under ground station and the train station. Made it very easy to get around as I found taxis & Ubers to be longer travel time than taking the train/tube."

"Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!"

"The room is just adequate for London standards. Very clean and well maintained property. Well priced for central London. It’s well connected with transit services a block away. We mostly got around walking everywhere. It’s definitely 15 to 20 mins of walking to the main areas of attractions and good restaurants. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. It was nice coming back to a clean room each day. Overall it was a good experience for our first trip to London."

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress.
I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night.

"The place is nice but the service and the respect for guests are below average.
1st they ask for a deposit even after you pay for the entire stay. I found it odd... The deposit they ask for varies per person without reason... Maybe based on the way you look... Then, it takes up to 5 working days to refund your deposit after you leave. Also, be aware that they sell sweets and biscuts at the reception not at the bar, but if you want a biscut with a tea you purchase in the bar, it is not possible;...
