"The external appearance of the property put my husband and me in mind of the "Crossroads Motel", an old TV show which I remember with fondness, but was often subject to ridicule! This should not put guests off as there is a lot of light and space in the building. We opted out of breakfast as we like to explore the local area first thing. "The majority of golfers arrive for the day and do not stay overnight. The result being after 9pm, the lodge is very quiet. For some that will be a like or dislike. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay with no complaints. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly."

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."
