"Novotel was great all around!! Located in a very walkable area, right near the Underground entrance and so close to the double decker bus tour stops. Only issue was the bed was very hard, other than that it was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great at the in-house restaurant Keepers. We must’ve had the Keepers Wings every night haha we would definitely come back in the future."
