"Room was clean, staff was very friendly and made sure we were all set. Parking was fine, the spots are a bit small so it’s tight parking but otherwise no issue. Air conditioning was fantastic! We have stayed here multiple times and will be back again."

"I'm glad that the hotel is so clean. There are no convenience stores around the hotel, so it's better to finish shopping early. There were no shops in the hotel either. I'm Japanese, so I'm not good at English, but the staff was kind to me."

"We cancelled and left early as there were multiple roaches on the bed, ceiling, tables, fridge( room 216). We saw these within 5 minutes of arrival after we drove all day. We were not offered another room because they were full. The guy at the front desk wasn’t very helpful and we did not get a refund that night. We got a refund the next day in full which was nice but it was a huge waste of time for us to have to book another place so late. The property was very cool but I wouldn’t want another...

Not enough rags or towels and even when asked they didn’t have enough to give us more than 2 rags. Generally very dinky property. Day staff was kind but the night staff at the front desk was always short and rude. Parking staff was always kind. Air con was good, tv was good, decently spacious room."
