"We were not prepared for the ongoing renovation/construction in the main building which left us wondering if we had made a wrong decision. The front staff was friendly and easily held our luggage until our room was ready allowing us to venture into K-Town and grab something to eat; everything was easily walkable which helped us feel more comfortable with the hotel -- even with ongoing construction. We booked the 1-Bedroom Condo and were pleased with the amenities; the main bedroom bed was comfortable, the sofa bed in the living room WAS NOT, we had to request extra blankets to pad the movable cushions. Suggestions: 1. A sofa bed that has a single mattress and not singular cushions that puzzle together; 2. A side chair for the living room area, the kitchen chairs worked, however, were not comfortable for extended seating/enjoyment of the space; 3. A side chair for the bedroom allowing for quiet reading time separate from the living space; 4. Update the webpage, there is NO dining on the property as advertised, however, DoorDash/GrubHub is easily arranged. We will more than likely book again as the location is perfect for walking around K-Town visiting the two malls, and the specialty stores. We are also excited to see how the renovations are completed. We WILL NOT be reserving a condo space due to the sofa bed quality, we will try a Dual Queen unit which holds two regular beds which may be more comfortable -- and maybe a new review!"

"The room was good. They need new carpet & to clean the windows more often. There were huge globs of bird poop on the window outside but the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable & a lot of shelf space for your stuff. The parking lot doesn't have a gate but each time we went down we saw security in the parking lot. It's small so try to get back early to get a space. If a spot isn't open security takes your keys & parks your vehicle in a no parking marked spot. We had to do that once and it was fine. When we went down in the morning our car was parked in a regular spot. We were impressed with the breakfast! They had hot & cold options. The coffee is Folgers brand & they have juice as well. DONT FORGET THE BREAKFAST VOUCHER. The bfast staff checks vouchers & punches the day. If you don't have it they turn you away & tell you bring it. The bfast area is a small area so try to get there early to avoid crowding. Staff ensures tables & bfast area is clean. They wipe down tables quickly once a family leaves so others can sit. They did a great job!! The location was scary at first but it wasn't as bad as we thought. There's some homeless people around but they don't bother you. We walked to dinner a few times & didn't have any issues. There's restaurants & the metro station within walking distance. Also, a Walgreens across the street which is very convenient! Overall, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever go back to LA we most likely will pick this hotel again."
