"We had problems with a noise complaint and ended up being kicked off the site off a huge misunderstanding and assumptions. Security shows up with guns in holsters as if ready to use and it’s all over a noise complaint. I was then unable to speak anybody about a refund because security felt need to escort off premises at 4 am. Kicked us to street all because the neighbor thought we were loud. We then had to wait until 7 am to book another hotel and the amount of distress this caused is just completely unnecessary. I had stayed here so many times in the past before they changed up to their new “style,” and would never recommend it to anybody again. If you want to go to Vegas and have fun, don’t come here, do yourself the favor of actually staying somewhere that isn’t brand new with its renovations. The four queens or the nugget are by far a better option. "

"Bathroom doors doesn't have a lock, just a sliding door with so much gap. I wont stay here again for that reason "

"They need to step it up if they want to be know for great service .. By having strict rules but the service around it is poor does not make it great They need a new person in charge to go and actually change things Idea and concept is great hotel is fantastic I’m just glad that I stayed there only one night and went back to my other hotel for the rest of the trip.. Went there just to experience it.. Don’t think I will be going back …"

"I arrived at the D hotel at 1pm, I asked if I could check in early with a fee and the front desk stated that there was no rooms available but I would be put on a list once my reservation was ready. I came back at exactly at 3pm, the check in time and the front desk clerk told me that my room wasn’t ready that I would get a text msg letting me know when it was. I stood there confused thinking that I am paying for a room that’s not even ready. The clerk/she kept on saying the same thing for over 20 minutes until I asked to speak to a manager. She went to the back office and stated that she found a room that was ready. When I asked her the room number she said it was written on the front of the pamphlet.Which was rude. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didn’t ask for a manager. I know that my career title is irrelevant to this survey but I am a District Mgr. Maybe a bit of retraining on the verbiage and accommodations would go a long way… something like this. “ Mam my apologies for the reservation delay we are currently looking at other rooms for availability to accommodate your stay. While you wait please take these vouchers and enjoy. We will find a solution quickly. Thank you for your patience. In sales, It’s not what we say is how we say it…. I forgot to add not once did room service bother to clean our room. They knocked until the day of checkout. "
