"From the check into the checkout, everything was amazing. I found a new host when I was there, Mr. Ricardo ! Do not hesitate to talk to him if you need anything at all Circa Ricardo and the whole staff made my birthday weekend. Amazing thank you again for the amazing food the amazing memories and as always a great time."

"Absolutely love it here"

"This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Las Vegas. It might not be the most popular or modern but the rooms were elegant, comfortable, and clean. There was a minor mistake during check-in but it was quickly remedied and our stay was very enjoyable."

"The room was renovated and clean Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was a little low but it's the desert so not surprising."

"Rooms weren't ready upon arrival, once we checked in they weren't the cleanliness I expect from Marriott. The staff never answered calls from our room phones, we had to physically walk down to the lobby any time we needed something. AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. Kids on my floor were...

"We booked a family trip to go to the Grand Canyon (west) but didn’t want to stay on the strip. We rented a car, the parking garage was excellent. It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

"Our stay at Downtown Grand was amazing. We loved the property and its smaller, more intimate feel compared to the larger resorts on the Strip. We did have two issues during our stay. First, the music from the bar next door was extremely loud and literally shook the windows, making it difficult to sleep. However, the staff handled the situation wonderfully by moving us to another room and even providing complimentary drink vouchers for the inconvenience. The bigger issue for us was the lack of...

"Nice"

"A great value for an extremely nice and clean hotel room. Great staff and location too !"

"The checkin looked and felt like the worst TSA line you have ever been in. Kiosk check stations with two guys on IPads running around like a drive thru. Not a good impression. The rooms are very dated, bathroom with extensive Cracking and mildew in grout with a door with glass that was repurposed and not functional for a bathroom. The pool does not open until 10, one ragged old towel per person and most chairs are “reserved” even though you pay a resort fee of 45??! Pool wait staff was...

"Initially it’s confusing when you arrive as it seems like 3 hotels all in one . Thunderbird hotel, Motel 8 and the hostel. I arrived late at around midnight , the staff were a bit ‘rough’ but I got checked in, no problem. The main issue I ran into was that the rooms have storage containers for your stuff BUT YOU NEED A SPECIAL PADLOCK. I had to go back to check in to buy one BUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT ! So now my stuff was not secure, which when you are sharing with 5 strangers does not make you...
