"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Nice enough hotel, but you don't get much for your money! We wanted to sit on the (heavily advertised) balcony with a view of the bridge on Saturday evening, but were turned away at 9.30pm because they said they were closing? The room was basic but clean and everything worked. Lovely location and view, when you can actually get near it!"
