"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "The stay at the hotel was good but the receptionist when checking in wasn’t helpful or polite! I had requested a twin room and that hadn’t been allocated and when I called down the receptionist said there was no guarantee of a twin! There are only 12 in the hotel and they were booked!
On a second occasion of approaching reception the receptionist was very helpful!"
