"No AC yes next to ocean would be nice but it was warm and our window was not facing ocean but two empty lots and small old homes. I asked about the getting a view and I was told that it was because thru 3rd party Expedia that’s not nice maybe I should stop using Expedia "

"Entrance was hard to find. The staff was nice, was able to check in early around 130pm. Overall it was okay for the price. The bathroom had a bug walking around, a spider near the bed, and no chair’s on the balcony. Was here on a Friday night and you can hear live music really loud until 10pm. "

"The signage was off, the pool closed at 8:30 even though the sign said 9, it states they have free breakfast, they don’t, and it also says they have a restaurant but it’s really only a bar and it’s not open on weekends. Other than that, staff was friendly. Our server Daniel at Breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and spacious. "

"To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes to providing us a place to sleep, but other than that, it was very okay. It would not be our first choice if we came back to Arroyo Grande, probably not even on the roster. If you can afford another...

"Selling false advertisement, NO air conditioning, NO WIFI, made me wait an extra hour and a half. Got to the room, immediately left the whole day came back at night to only sleep, I COULD NOT sleep people screaming and fight outside my door near my opened window that I needed open to try to get air. No one do nothing tia too the chaos of the fighting that went on from 10-3am people had to be involved. My kids were traumatized on top of suffering to sleep because of the heat and multiple people...

"The restrooms had less than half a roll of toilet paper each and didn’t have extra, towels were stained with red and brown so we didn’t use them. The power kept going off and the office was closed, we called the number they did answer once but the power kept going out and they stopped answering."

"Johnny, the Innkeeper was very helpful with our stay and made himself available for any of our needs. The location is great, walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. Great spot"
