"The staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and the facility was clean. Would also recommend due to the proximity to Pismo Beach. Will hope to spend multiple nights there again."

"It was just a very basic room to stay in after my Son’s Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didn’t expect much, and it wasn’t much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because I’m not too picky. "

"Frustrating that there may not be a system to allow a hotel to inform Expedia that the hotel had no AC operating, all rooms. Still I checked out two available rooms, non smoking, but it had a srong smell of smoking being smotherrd by the stench of strong cleaner. No AC and that smell. The staff were exceptionally nice though. Not their fault. Seemed like a corporate failing. "

"This is a great property and I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of food and drink options, way more than expected for a continental breakfast. Included eggs, meat and plenty of pastries and yogurt along with coffee, tea, and juice. They do not have a restaurant, though there is one in the shared parking lot. Otherwise you need to walk 15-20 minutes or drive 5 minutes into town for food. They will deliver alcohol to your room...

"My family and I enjoy staying here. The property is well kept, friendly staff. We love the cottages as they a very accommodating for family’s with kids and pets. It’s in a very safe area. They also have bike rentals available on property with little baskets if you don’t feel like taking the car downtown. Overall I highly recommend staying here. "

"Lovely room with fantastic view of entire Pismo Beach facing the pier. Binoculars in room. Nice balcony. Quiet, but for welcomed ocean sounds. Lots of breakfast choices, quick room cleaning, friendly staff Only problem...the elevator was not always working. It was a long haul up to the 3rd floor! Great restaurant next door with a 10% discount with your stay. (Ventana Grill)"
