The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. Not much the staff can do about being in a busy area, especially at night but it was so so noisy and lots of early morning glass emptying.
