"Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!"

"A good value stay, nice room and a good breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. Only space for 7 petrol cars (plus 2 EVs and 1 disabled space) directly on site. But enough free roadside parking and apparantly some other spaces in a site over the road. We were in the car park on night 1 and on the road on nights 2 & 3."

It’s in a great spot with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Leeds on foot. It’s an excellent base. "Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."
