The room was heated individually, controlled in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend especially due to the onsite parking which is a bonus in York. All the staff are very polite and friendly."

We received effective communication via email previous to our stay, swift responses to enquiries, which was very reassuring and informative. The hotel is in great location. It is within easy walking distance of Harrogate town centre, also on a local bus route. On site parking at competitive rates. The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable. Well positioned lamps, electric sockets and mirrors. Amazing...
