旅慣れてない家族

ホテルが、見つからず大変でした。 フロントが居ないとやはり怖い、旅慣れていない方はおやめになったほうがよいと思います。　階段が多いです。お風呂もおゆが残りが少ないとなかなか洗えず髪を洗えませんでした。　二段ベッドがグラグラ揺れていこごちはわるいです。 よかった点は近くにAEONの使いやすいコンビニかある。駐車場には停めやすかった。　別途お金かかります。

スタッフ対応はダメだが部屋は非常に良い

アーリーチェックインがしたくて電話をしたところ、日本語での案内を選択したが片言の外人で会話が成立しなかった。 結局幾らかからのかもよく分からなかった。 1週間くらい経ってからチェックイン、チェックアウトの方法を知らせるメールが届いた。 ただ部屋自体は非常に良かった。 汚いという口コミもあったので心配していたが非常に綺麗だった。 電話の際に綺麗にしておいてと念押ししたからかもしれない。

There is a lot of walking to do from the station to the place . I have a knee problem so I end up taking a taxi. Overall the place and accommodation is great for the price.

16時チェックインだったため、16時30分ごろに到着しました。指示された電話番号に電話して鍵の受け取り方を説明していただきましたが、鍵が入っていなく、確認するとまだ清掃に入っているとのことでした。暑いところで10分ほど待たされましたので、そこだけがマイナスポイントです。 施設もきれいで、清掃完了後に入室したときには、清掃も行き届いていましたので、全体的には良かったと思います。

快適ではあったけど、清潔感がイマイチ。

部屋の掃除がなされているとは思えないくらい、床の埃が溜まっていた。バスルーム、トイレも使用する前に自分で掃除をしなければならなかった。 タオルやシーツのリネン類はきれいだったけれど、手抜きでしょうか？
