"I've always loved the Ebisu area of Tokyo for a couple of decades now. Now with this hotel right in the heart of it, I can live there too! It makes it so much more convenient for me, almost too convenient. All my favorite bars and restaurants in Tokyo are located within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Will certainly be back."

"The delux double twin room was so small, we didn’t have room to lay down our luggage. This was also priced as a premium stay. If the price were half and I was traveling alone or with a spouse, I would recommend. Even though there is a pull-down curtain that covers some of it, the shower is separated by glass wall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very good."

"My go to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Our recent stay was our 7th at this hotel since my wife and I first came here 10 years ago. The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."

"Staying here was probably the highlight stop of our trip in Japan. The staff were very helpful and so nice upon checkin. It looked like common areas were cleaned multiple times a day and they have lots of amenities to help with your stay. The rooms were very unique and had that organic Tatami mat smell. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would love to stay here again!"

"The room was large for a family of 4 and the staff was very helpful and polite. The rearurant was really good. The location was in a residential area near the subway station. It was quiet and there were a lot of local resturants and temples nearby. I would definetly stay here again."

"Excellent location right where you need to be close to food and transport when exploring Tokyo. However, the room is very very small, unable to open a suitcase without putting the coffee table and chairs on the deck, never mind two suitcases. Helpful staff, they let us store our luggage during the day after checkout and very tidy and clean room."

"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, even though it was only for one night before flying home. Friendly staff at check in. We had a room on the Grand floor and it was lovely, especially the bathroom and extra amenities. Breakfast was really good, especially the coffee. Really liked the drinks and snacks in the evening. Location was okay, lots of construction nearby and not the closest to train/subway but not that far either."
