"The hotel was very clean & neat. The staff were very helpful & kind & greeted us each time we came back to the hotel. I loved the fresh, bright colors. There was a Lawson convenience store right next door on the street & a pharmacy on the next block.
There is a very nice lounge on the 2nd floor with some snacks & drinks. There is also a sake bar, for which you get one complimentary drink per person. This lounge area is really cute, and has a small place for toddler aged kids to play.

"Our stay was perfect - I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. I checked out twice - paid my bill the night before leaving and next morning the day we left. We had a light in-room breakfast since we left early. A couple of days later I received an e-mail from room service asking me for 36.000 extra yens that they forgot to charge me. I am still on vacation but I think that this is very unprofessional from their part. That is not good customer service at all specially for the price I paid !"
