"The staff was exceptional - holding all doors open for you, hailing a taxi, greeting you with a smile, and by name, keeping the rooms very clean as well as the breakfast and 24/7 snack area. This snack area was especially nice as you were able to get bottled water and sparkling water in cans, along with fruit, pastries, healthy chips all day and night as well as a very nice breakfast in the morning. "Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. When we finally got our room, they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded it at no extra charge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space for my wife...

"The deposit upon check in is 500 dollars, which is fine because it’s returned but I feel this should be noted. Property charges 35 dollars per day mandatory, but they do allow you to use it in the cafe which I guess is nice. You’re basically forced to spend money there daily. The hotel is beautiful and clean, rooms are a great size for New York, beds are very comfy, and the bathrooms are stunning. Our mini fridge was broken and our curtains did not close all the way allowing a room full of light...
