"3 West Club is a picturesque hotel with a classical elegant look situated in an ideal area of the city. It is right across from the Rockefeller, Lego Store and beautiful St. Patrick's Cathedral; also a short walk to the subway, Times Square, the Broadway Theatre District, and Central Park. "Although food options were not extensive, what the offered was very good. Staff and service was a cut above. Requests were handled quickly and staff was always courteous even if only in passing. Also staff was extremely helpful in arranging top notched transportation back to the airport saving us time and money. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
