"Spacious apartment with 3 good sized bedrooms. Host was extremely friendly and communicated regularly leading up to our stay. Allowed us to check in slightly early as well, which was much appreciated. Tremendous location near to the train station. Cafe beneath property makes great coffee and pastries, with extremely friendly service to start the day. There is some street noise from people walking around, which is to be expected in any prime city location. Would stay here again. "

"Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"

"Beautiful hotel, with a good location. We did have a few issues with this hotel. We upgraded our room to have a panoramic view of the city. Our room faced a building with no view. The curtains let the light in from said building all night long. In the mornings the hallway that our room was on smelled like sewer, every morning. Also, no shelf in the shower. Shampoo, soap etc had to be put on the floor of the bathroom."

"We loved the little Flat for its location. We were able to walk to excellent restaurants, see the sites, museums and it was an easy walk to the Arno River for sunset gatherings and to the train station. The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. "ピッティ宮殿近くにあるロケーションで周囲にはレストランも多く、夜も人通りがあることから安心して宿泊することができます。駅からは徒歩20分程度ですが、バスも利用できます。ドゥオーモやポンテベッキオ、ウフィッツィ美術館などの観光地は徒歩圏内です。オーナーは非常に親切でお薦めしてもらった近くのトラットリアに行きましたが、とてもよいローカル食材の体験ができました。建物自体は歴史がありますが、非常に手入れされているため滞在には最適でした。フィレンツェ滞在におすすめです。"

"Superb location near all of the important downtown historic Florence attractions. Staff was professional, friendly, and accessible. Beds were comfortable. Love the high ceilings and old world charm. We were a multi-generation family of six with one double and one quad. Everyone was happy."
