"Day 1: Can't even enter the building til 4 PM checkin time. Access code does not work. Got to my room it was absolutely filthy - piles of dirty dishes, dirty sheets in a pile on the bed. Found a housekeeper, who just kept repeating "room not ready". There was another customer there in tge same situation. Finally a managerial type shows up, and we get moved to different (clean) rooms. Fine. Day 2: Try to get back in my room after being out. Code does not work. Got hung up on 4 times by the phone...

"I would like to share my sincere review regarding my stay at the hotel. The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation. "The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside."
