"Balcony had floor tile missing, could be very dangerous. Room needs some updating. we initially had trouble getting in with the code but we called customer service and they were able to help. Overall okay experience but not worth the rate we paid for those reasons listed above."

I felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived, and my questions were not handled respectfully. I expected much better customer service from a hotel. "Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."

Great shower and comfy bed , good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet( nicer than others we experienced). Such nice staff and beautiful views.
