"Le personnel est incroyablement aimable J’ai demandé à ce qu’on décore la chambre avec des ballons pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et cela a été fait avec soin, nous étions ravis Tout le monde a été très serviable et arrangeant quand nous avons demandé des services La chambre était superbe et spacieuse, avec un belle vue sur la mer Quelques poussières dans la salle de bain, prêt des toilettes mais le reste de la chambre était impeccable Nous reviendrons "

"Had a fantastic night’s stay at The Halyard - wish I had been there for longer! Check in was quick and easy and I was able to get into the room on the 6th floor early. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of hangers and drawer space to unpack. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were much appreciated. It was quiet and there was no disturbance from other rooms or outside. Lovely smelling toiletries and the corridors event smelled nice - little details that make a stay feel more...

"This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!"

"Great welcome from reception staff, we were only going to drop our bags off as check in was another 3 hours however our room was ready so we were able to check in and start our weekend. The whole hotel smelt nice and clean, all staff were friendly, room was lovely and clean. No view but we didnt need one as we had no intention of staying in. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Hotel is in a great central spot with Duke St Food Market just up the street with loads of food choices."

"Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Provided hairdryer, terrible. Rang before visit to ask if there was shampoo & conditioner, told yes to both but actually was only conditioner so had to go out and buy. Had to request 2nd bathrobe, no facility to call to reception "

"Excellent stay. Perfect location and so easy to contact EPIC with any queries. We were upgraded from a 2 bed apartment to a 4 bed apartment, perfect for our hen party. Apartment was spotless and very comfy beds. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will definitely be returning in the future 👍"
