"Clean"

"I stayed in the Solana tower and it was on a/c in the hallways and the elevator was a nightmare having to wait over 15 mins just got the elevator was extremely ridiculous as it was all two working elevator they shouldn’t have opened the solana until they had everything in order . The rooms was nice and renovated however it was so much dust and left over paint it was a bit annoying so i wouldn’t remember this tower . The pool for the adults was ridiculous from the lifeguard being on his phone and...

"The room was definitely clean and super comfortable! My husband and I akways keep the do not disturb sign on the door but the hotel sent us a nice letter letting us know they respected our privacy and if there was anything we needed to contact the front desk. The elevators are a tad slow but they are older so its understandable. The staff is very helpful and kind !"

"Alot cheaper than the casino hotels, but with the in and out parking privileges ($20 a night) we were able to drive to our concert and back. If you ever want to arrive by train, the station is connected to the convention center (which is where the parking is) and is DIRECTLY across from the Sheraton. Right beside the shopping mall."

"Room was clean; AC, TV, and shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was fresh and hot in the morning, however, "breakfast" consisted of 2 types of dry cereal, a few slices of white bread (and a toaster) and an open jar of peanut butter. Fortunately, we had gotten donuts on the boardwalk the day before; there's also a Wawa just down the road. Big, nice-looking pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall, nice room for a very reasonable price."

"We missed the pool Time because our key didn’t work and the locksmith came and we still Had to go back down and wait in the long line for a new key and while we waited for locksmith we called back after waiting 10 more minutes the person had an attitude because we asked how much longer we had to wait"

"The stay was actually quite nice. The area is not the nicest but this hotel was probably the diamond in the rough. The rooms are clean. Linens were fresh. It was actually very nice. The only two complaints that I have were 1: no matter what you set the thermostat at it stayed at 71 and 2: there was a panhandler at 11 o’clock at night one night with a different sob story for everybody he walked up to. Again, other than that great stay. If I’m ever in the area, I will likely definitely stay here...

"Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes. It looked okay upon entering but after sleeping in the bed we noticed visible stains on the sheets (red and yellow). The parking...

"The hotel and water park were wonderful. The room and view were great! The only issue was the distance to the parking lot. It was on the other side of the hotel so we would have to walk very far."
