The beach club was seaweed infested and the pools there were not clean, but the staff was very accommodating and professional. There's also no daytime poolside entertainment at any of the pools. "Staff was friendly fr check.in to check out. This is going to be a premier spot when they finish building the restaurant. It is under construction. That was one thing we learned the hard way but they are respectful and dont start super early in the morning. The private roof top pools are key. We will definitely book again"

"Had a great stay at Siente Tulum. Convenient location close to the national park and tulum ruins. The collectivo stops right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were great and very friendly. Food was good, could use some more variety but overall worth it for the all inclusive. A couple of cons: our door didn’t shut/lock properly without slamming it shut (room 319). There was a water issue on one of the nights we stayed, but did resolve within about 30 mins. The hotel has some very good potential. Overall a great stay and will definitely consider staying again. "
