"My family have been coming here for over 15 years. We love where it is, often walking into town and back, beautiful. Wildlife outside the door, hot tub wonderful. Room was fab with full kitchen. Loft bedroom had its own bathroom so that was nice, I could do my makeup and hair in there haha. View was amazing. Indoor pool is refreshing in summer. Just a peaceful gorgeous place."

"The room was very nice, well maintained. A little cool in the morning as the heat did not work. The restaurant was terrible. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, it was as hard as a rock, I could not eat it. Breakfast was not much better. I broke a tooth eating the bacon."

They put our luggage into other guest room and we actually had to go into other room to pick our luggage out at 10 o’clock at night. It was uncomfortable and unreasonably stressful. Although they did try to make up for it, it truly did ruin our first night of a two night day. That being said, you cannot beat the location. The hill was amazing and staff were beautiful. "

"Rudament and gaslighting is the key of the staff, I came to have a nice vacation not someone to treat his guests like trash.
Liars, they don't clean your room, don't change your towels only if you bag them, and then there is no one there and you need a towel they send you to get one, just to blame you for going on your own.

"For the level of accommodation, location, and time of year the price was excellent. If we could get the same deal again, we would be happy to stay at the Château.
Check-in was very quick and we were given all the information we needed with regard to Wi-Fi and the attached restaurant.

"If you get a room that looks onto the bow river it is beautiful!
We had the other side that looked onto the construction sight that the hotel left us ear plugs and sound machine which was thoughtful of them.
Pool and hot top we had no indication from the booking was in another building that you entered in an underground parking lot and then went up to the pool. Very disappointing!!
Main plug used for coffee machine didn’t work , towel rack broken .
