"Rooms were great, spcaious enough for the whole family, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Convenience for the Universal Parks. We love the Hard Rock. The amenities are great too. and the staff has always been helpful."

"The shower Head was broken, and the bathroom doors were a little loose. However, overall it was a nice place to stay, especially if you are visiting Universal and looking for a convenient location near the park."

"TV didn’t work. Other than that, it was nice. I really appreciated the shuttle to Universal Studios. It helped my wife and I a lot. Free breakfast is included is always a life saver before walking through the park for a long time."

"Let me start out with the solitary positive. The one redeeming factor of the entire place was the very nice lady who checked us in."

"Die Unterkunft selbst war top, kostenloser Transfer zu den Universal Studios und auch wieder zurück. Als unverschämt empfand ich es, dass man für das Parken auf dem normalen Hotelparkplatz pro Nacht 28 Dollar (24€) zahlen muss. So etwas habe ich in Orlando noch nicht erlebt, kannte es nur von Miami. In Miami Beach die Tage vorher habe ich für das Parkhaus nur 20 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt."

"Nice place, 2 bedroom suite was big and beds were nice but the pull out couch was the worse ever. Springs in your back and the blanket was so scratchy. Couldn't use it at all, needs to be trashed and updated for sure.It cost me $18.00 to do 1 small load of clothes in their laundry room. A little box of tide was $5, 2 dryer sheets in 1 box was $5 and it cost $4 to wash a little load and $4 for the dryer. Seems a little high to me, glad I only needed to do 1 load."

"Staff was very nice, smiling all the time and very friendly. Breakfast was good except same food everyday. Room cleaning was okay, I asked them to provide extra towels one day, but it did not happen. So I did not ask them again. Another thing surprised me is they only make the beds and took the garbages out, they do not touch the used glasses around the room.
