"Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance.
Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious.
Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good.
Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading)
Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm.
Ideal stay for lunchtime...

"Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard.
