"This hotel is the perfect location if you want to be close to Heathrow Airport. We rode the bus from the car rental place and it took less than 15 minutes. The staff was great. We were not there long, but they were a life saver, I was trying to schedule an uber but I could not get texts to confirm my identity. The hotel has a kiosk to order a ride. Never seen that before. So grateful!"

There weren’t many staff around and the ones that were there were running around very busy and were hard to catch when we needed something such as ordering food at the restaurant or getting some towels in our room. They were extremely pleasant but just not very available. Also, the place was not very clean. It was passable in the actual rooms, but the patio was full of dust...

"I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues"

"Lift "Out of Order", Jacuzzi "Out of Order", Chef "Out of Order". This is not a 4 star hotel, they seem to be struggling to maintain it and staff it sufficiently. After waiting one hour ten minutes for our food, two out of three meals were awful; dry, tasteless and covered in red chillies to disguise them. Most staff were lovely, they have a tough job there though."

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed here at The Raven and it certainly won't be the last. The staff are all fantastic, friendly, helpful, and even though they are all busy they are all really cheerful and take time to interact with you.
