"The location of this hotel is excellent! There is a bus stop at one end of the street and the underground station just around the corner on the other end. There's a huge grocery store beside the underground station as well. We could get to any tourist site in the city in under 30 min easily. "Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise "

The transportation was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station and the bus hub. This makes it an ideal location for any traveler. "This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."
