"Great location! Friendly and attentive staff; SUPER clean hotel. Pools were lovely and well maintained. The power did flicker two nights in a row but was restored quickly - they are doing construction but that did not interfere with our room/location. Breakfast needs more variety and better options. "Alaya is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We are vegan and they accommodated our requests. Very nice spa services as well. Get the balinese massage. From check in to check out the whole time we felt very cared for. Very convenient location to walk to places. "
