"We had the best 7 days at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach for Spring Break. We traveled with another family, and they were able to get us on the same floor. The property was clean, the staff was amazing, and the variety of food options suited us very well. We loved the Hibachi dinner best, although all of the meals were terrific. The food at the pool and beach was also delicious. When we travel again to Cancun, this would be our first choice of properties. A solid 10/10. "

"I enjoyed Mayan Monkey! It was close to a lot of the fun activities and nightlife. The view of the ocean didn’t look so good because of the construction, and my room 206 (co-bedroom) was never cleaned and I was there for 4 nights and five days. However the staff were wonderful, professional and super sweet! Their food and happy hour was awesome. I’ll be back!"

"This was my 1st time on an all inclusive resort and I would definitely come back. The staff were amazing! The activities each night were so much fun, the amenities were better than expected, & the drinks kept flowing which was exactly what I wanted! Room service food could’ve been better but the restaurants were decent. The Asian restaurant was SO good! I would definitely come back. "

"ROACH INFESTED!!! Very disappointing stay at Salvia Apartments. While the beach view was beautiful and the staff was friendly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The beds were extremely hard, and the comforters and towels were stained and worn. The biggest issue was the roaches. On our first night, we saw multiple roaches in the kitchen, including large and small ones. We also found a baby roach in the restroom and even saw one crawling up the wall next to the couch. It was disturbing...
