"I stayed for a quick work event in the Chicago area. This hotel was everything I needed it to be. It was super clean, updated, beds were comfortable and the staff was great. I would come back again and stay with my family. "

"I chose this hotel based on location and proximity to my work conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service, cleanliness of the room and amenities available. I even noticed the main in my room used an “Emily hotel” zip tie for one of my chargers that wasn’t tied up. So sweet of her! I also enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs. I tried the tuna bowl with quinoa downstairs at the Faro restaurant. It was okay. The service was very slow and not as friendly as the hotel...

"I was truly impressed with my recent stay. The staff at check in were warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and the hotel has excellent amenities. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you were looking for. Hotel staff walked around during breakfast area cleaning, refilling food items and greeting/assisting guests. I did use the gym and it was clean and with a nice view."

"Be aware no housekeeping services if staying less than 6 nights and property does not always answer phone when calling. Requested towels and called 4 times…took a day and half to finally receive. Additionally property not very accommodating. The rooms are good though, service was just not up to par of other hotels we have stayed in. Would not recommend or book again. "

"My friend and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were artsy and clean, and the staff was amazing, particularly Annie (front desk) and Sam (cafe). We didn’t try the breakfast, but everything looked appealing and fresh. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the Michigan Ave attractions, but I prefer it since the area is less noisy, especially at night! Overall great stay, I will definitely be back."
