"The rooms were clean with a gorgeous marble bathroom. Yann was especially great with recommending places to visit, and helped me make a reservation at a busy local restaurant. He was also great just to have a chat with. The location was close to the train station, and not a long walk away from the Promenade. Thank you, and I look forward to staying here again next time I visit Nice."

Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Comfortable and happy stay at Mama Shelter. The bed was super comfy! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. A little walk from tram stop and seafront but very near Nice Riquier station - perfect for day trips - and only a few minutes from a good range of restaurants and bars. Buffet breakfast decent with a good amount of choice. Options for the restaurant and terrace menus are a but decent. "The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal."
