"A wonderful property with genuinely warm and attentive staff. The elevator layout was a bit awkward — it was easy to miss one opening on the far end — and my room had a few minor issues with non-functioning outlets and a bathroom mirror that wouldn’t light up. That said, the heated bathroom floor more than made up for it. A small luxury that really stood out!"
