"The hotel’s location is not good it is perfect. The staff was polite and helpful but the most important point for me was the cleaning was not good enough. Also there was no coffee or tea machine in the room. We stayed for 1 week. I liked the location but because of cleaning issue I would not prefer this hotel again"

"Clean room, generous staff. I did not make use of the amenities. I would suggest that sound absorbing flooring solution be considered for walkway from elevator to rooms, as I observed the sound carries considerably. Although it didn’t disrupt my stay, I’m hopeful that I didn’t disrupt another’s."

"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "Room was exactly as described. We chose a city view room and it was smashing. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Very convenient location. In hotel restaurant was also excellent. "
