"Lovely view from the breakfast room across the river to O2 Arena. Bedroom (standard) a good size, bath and shower in ours, much appreciated as we walked a lot and had very tired feet. Bed very comfortable with nice bedding, great aircon in room too. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and good quality produce. 10 minutes walk to East India DLR station. "Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!"

"Location close to tube stop but the walls were thin- could hear neighbors on both sides of room. The light in bathroom was automatic so made for a very rude middle of night trip to the toilet. It also came on unexpectedly in middle of night as did the fan."

Located immediately across Westminster Bridge in the south bank of the Thames, convenient to the Waterloo or Westminster Tube Stations, anywhere you wanted to go was minutes away! "Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with stunning city and Thames views with really great staff."

"The location was amazing, proximity to all modes of transportation! Our room had everything we needed along with a great view of the London eye! One of the staff members even helped me download an app for public transportation, which really helped us as first timers to London! I would highly recommend this hotel!"
