"ディズニー旅行でこちらにお世話になりました。豪華ではないですが、清潔感もあり、スタッフ対応も良く、リーズナブルなのにウェルカムドリンクやアメニティも充実していて、プレゼントに顔パックやヘアトリートメントを貰いました。朝食も美味しくてお腹いっぱい食べられたし、ディズニーまではシャトルバスも出ていてパークで最後まで楽しめました！帰って来てからの無料ダシ茶漬けと部屋にあるフットマッサージ器が疲れた身体に染みました！また利用させて頂きたいと思います！"

"ディズニーシーへ徒歩圏内でしたので、早朝に車をホテルに置いて行きました。 3人部屋でお部屋も広く、トイレとバスも別でしたし料金もリーズナブルでとても満足です。 スキンケアのアメニティをお願いしたら部屋までロボットくんが届けてくれて面白かったです"

"We had easy access to a shuttle for Narita airport. Pick up location was at the hotel next-door. Comfort Suites has their own personal shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea. Pick ups and drop offs morning and evening. There are also a couple of bus stops nearby (5 minute walks) frequently serviced where buses can take you, in 10 minutes, to Shin-Urayasu station connecting you to the Keiyo train line allowing you to get almost anywhere in Tokyo. "Location is good next to the theme park. Very clean. All staffs extremely friendly. Interior rather old but well maintained. Next to the hotel is a decent mall with plenty of restaurants to choose. Only one down side during the stay, which was the fact hotel pool was closed in the middle of summer. Was so ready to jump into the pool during hot days there. "

"I love it. There was so much food and other stuff around the area. It was easy to get around. Check in was a little confusing but it was a breeze once you got a hold of someone in the camera. It’s our first time to Japan and it’s been amazing."

"Amazing hotel and very convenient to goto Disneyland sea and resort. Just keep in mind the bus station that takes you to Disneyland will be packed but it gets you there and back pretty close to the hotel. The room was good the only thing are the pillows they are incredibly flat. The breakfast isn’t really breakfast like traditional American breakfast but it beats buying food."

"If you are going to Disney parks this is a perfect hotel because of the free shuttle service. Breakfast was great! I wish they had shuttles to and from airport or major cities but that is just something small that can be overlooked. Overall, great place to stay for families."

"急遽前日に予約を取って子供2段ベッド、親シングルベッド2台の部屋に泊まりました。 子供の2段ベットは意外と広くて小学校低学年であれば親も一緒に添い寝できるくらいの大きさでした。 お風呂も普通のユニットバスでトイレは別、清潔感があり綺麗なホテルでした。 一回にラウンジがあり朝は隣のローソンで買って朝食を食べている人が多く見受けられました。 コーヒーマシンやポットもあるので中にはモーニングコーヒーを楽しむ方もいてゆったりと過ごせます。"

"良かった点： とにかくディズニーシーに近い。徒歩で１０分以内に着けるロケーションは最高です。 朝食も悪くない。スタッフの対応も明るく、丁寧。スマホ等の為に、充電ケーブルを置いてあるのは良い。（ただ、充電速度はメチャメチャ遅い）部屋にフットマッサージ機があり、とても便利。 悪かった点： 入室時の第一印象が部屋が汚れてるように感じる、カーペットの色、模様。 強風の為、窓側ベッドの枕元で、壁を叩かれてるような音がする。換気扇の操作で、治まるとの事でしたが、ホテルとしてどうなのかな？ エアコン、室内換気扇を止めても、部屋に風が流れていて、寒く感じた。バスタブが小さく、窮屈。 当初、６月３日〜５日の宿泊予定でしたが、 台風接近により、上京する妹夫婦の事情をら考慮し、２週間延期した経緯がありましたが、料金の違いに唖然。同じ条件下で、こんなにもルーム料金に差が出る事に、呆気にとられました。（当初予算より、２万4千円ほどあがりましたあ。） エレベーター横に、コーヒーメーカーがあり、味も良く便利でしたが、使用済のカップ等を捨てるくずかごが、朝一番、入り切れない程、いっぱいになってた。"

"ディズニー、横浜の旅で利用しました。駐車場は近くにパーキングがたくさんあるので車で行っても困りませんでした。ロビーでアルコール含めた飲み放題ができてとても嬉しかったです。朝早くに出る為朝食無しにしましたが近くにコンビニや、飲食店が沢山あるので困りませんでした。"

"I understand the space is limited and most likely there wasn’t assigned elevator for the cleaning crew but I saw that the huge trash left in the elevator on my second day."
