"Its our 1st time traveling to Japan, and we enjoyed staying here. The room is very clean and eco friendly 😍 we love the breakfast buffet and the personal essentials are amazing, but they aren't for sale. Overall experienced are great with very friendly staff😊 we will definitely stays again at Hiyori hotel the next time will come to tokyo."

"Convenient location for our Disney Adventures. Room was very large/spacious compared to Hotel rooms in the city (Ginza). The room was also very clean and we had a lovely view of the bay. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage or can arrange a delivery service to your next hotel destination - of course there's a fee. Just keep in mind there is no same day service for luggage delivery. We did not partake in the breakfast buffet so I can't really comment, but a co-worker of mine said it was really good. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it!"

"Pros: Room was clean Grateful for the amenities Walking distance to many stores Cons: Very small (but i mean i knew that) Not enough toilet paper Wasnt sure to ask the staff but i was gettin back late and kept forgetting AC not working ( however, i noticed on last day that the TV shows that its adjusted by them and was on heater the whole time. I was hot i had to keep the windows open and my kid got sick"
