"I gave this hotel a neutral rating for one reason. It’s in a terrible and filthy part of town. Obviously, they are not going to disclose that, but travelers need to be aware. The hotel is super cute and well maintained, but once you leave to walk anywhere, you are in a very sketchy part of town. Our Lyft driver even asked us if we were sure we’d be ok when she dropped us off."

"Excellent experience and service at this lovely historic hotel! The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My standard queen room was quiet and comfortable; I loved the pretty bathroom with clawfoot tub! Room had a tiny fridge which is always helpful. Breakfast was served in a gorgeous dining room with hot options and waffles. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available all day. So glad I chose this hotel and would definitely be back!"

"Good parking. Decent rooms. Old systems and extremely slow check in. They were kind and waived the resort fee for waiting. Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it. They were kind and let me use the lobby fridge and microwave for leftover food but those amenities aren’t available in...

Clean; sunny-bright; great full-sized appliances including excellent microwave for charming array of coffee-tea-amendments; filtered water. Mind, I have NO reservations about...
