The facilities were fantastic. Location was super convenient. Staff was beyond polite, personable, thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I would go back w me eyes closed.

Did Not Disappoint

Incredible budget-friendly hotel that did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and more importantly, very clean. The staff was attentive and courteous. Very close to major sites and very quiet on the property. I’d much rather stay here and save hundreds or thousands of euros than some of the bigger name brand places that don’t really provide extra value.

Nice hotel. 5mins walk from the station and most of the sightseeing sites are walkable. Room was little bit tight, but updated. The breakfast was really nice. Great place to stay.

A fantastic stay!

We were truly surprised with this Inn. It was far better than we had imagined! Our room was very comfortable and modern. The staff is very professional and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again! The Inn is a short walk from the train station and very easy to find.

Pleasant surprise to find a modern, updated hotel on the edge of the Ghetto in Venice. Less than 10 min walk from either Santa Lucia train station, or Piazzale Roma bus depot/parking structure, clean, quiet, well-equipped hotel just off Strada Nuova

Lovely friendly hotel in Cannaregio, my favourite area of Venice. Plenty of very good restaurants (osteria and trattoria) 5 min walk. 8 min walk from the station. Stuff are really friendly and welcome. The room was super clean and spacious and the wi-fi very fast. Really good value for money compared to the expensive hotels in the area.

We arrived at Ca Pozzo on Friday at 14:00 and the woman at the desk was polite and helpful. My wife and I stayed in Queen bed (comfortable) and my 2 adult sons slept in bunk beds (little small but comfortable). Room was smallish, but clean and nice. Bathroom was nice and clean. We had breakfast there which was adequate with fresh squeezed OJ that was awesome. We left Sunday at 11:00 and checkout was a breeze

Super helpful staff! Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a firm bed. Nice location close to water taxi station, 5 minute walk to the train station - not too close to be a nuisance. The porteggo (alley) that leads to the entrance is shared with nearby businesses, including a fish market, so it smells fishy periodically, but not as bad as some reviews mentioned. We highly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Property that is not to far from the metro station. Very clean and nice room, only thing that scared us was the mask that was on the wall but that is a general theme in Venice. Lady at the desk of arrival was very nice and helped us with some good food spots also the airconditioning worked very good in the room

Very nice staff. Room was clean. Great location and easy to access everything. Biggest disappointment was the bed was to low to the groud and not enough conveniently placed outlets. But overall, a good experience.

I was so impressed by the Ca' Pozzo inn. It's quite unsuspecting. You wouldn't know it was there if you didn't have a map. Super quiet. It's really conveniently located! It's very modern and very comfortable. Great aircon! Which we needed, it was very warm in Venice during our stay. And all the staff were super friendly and really helpful.
