"Staff was really pleasant and helpful, assisting in booking taxis. However, the room given to me was not the same as advertised in the photos, windows, floor space and floor to ceiling were small compared to what is advertised, basically i was given a loft room. Second thing was the towels, they smell with chemicals and not pleasant at all, i was very hesitant to use them for the 4 night stay."
