"Lovely hotel"

"Air conditioning does not work properly. Towels are dingy fresh color not white . Hard pillows. No safety box or fridge. Not good location, not close to any restaurants or anything."

"Good overnight hotel by the airport. Convenient breakfast option from 2 a.m. onwards. 5 minutes walk to the terminal!"

"Close to the airport which was the primary reason we stayed, very convenient. The property was clean and up to date with modern finishes. We had an early flight so didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast."

"We had a family suite. Absolutely unsanitary washroom. Shower is full of mold. Thankfully we were only there for the night to catch our flight out of Lisbon. The room also has bad air circulation, not all lights work and the toilet doesn’t always flush fully. This hotel needs a major renovation."

"Everything was great, the only thing that didn’t make sense was having a coffee machine in the room without the coffee pods."

"Lovely stay and the hotel was amazing. Although the lifts were slightly confusing, no one came to change towels, top up loo rolls so had to take them from the pool bathroom and the toiletries were empty in the bathroom on arrival."
