"The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The lights above my bed didn’t work, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel every single spring, to the point where I had to sleep on top of my duvet just to make the bed bearable. Luckily, the room was warm enough to do so.
While I can’t fault the cleanliness or the staff, a comfortable bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurants and service were excellent, including the breakfast buffet.
Only negative was that the elevators during checkout times were a real challenge from the middle floors (5 for us) as they were always full from the top 4 or 5 floors coming down."

"First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the property. Looked new, modern, and clean. Room a bit small but that’s par for the course in Europe. Great bathroom and shower. And similar to other reviews, great location in Westminster by Victoria Station. And very good and extensive breakfast buffet (included free)."
