The location was perfect, close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and main sights. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved relaxing with cocktails at the rooftop bar after exploring. A huge thanks to Liam, who organised our Ha Long Bay trip, airport transfers, and even a complimentary foot spa. He made everything stress-free, especially travelling with kids. We also received a lovely thank-you gift of Vietnamese coffee when we left — such a thoughtful touch. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend Solaria Hotel!"

The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
