"Loved our stay, room was great, bed was comfy great shower, with water pressure and clean towels daily. This was our first visit to San Antonio and everyone was supper nice and helpful. The only recommendation is to ring in the timeshare sales. It was everywhere and within the hotel, it was a bit off putting."

"The room was OK, the elevator on my side of the hotel was not working, so I had to walk a really long way and go up to the 5th floor and walk down to the 4th to my room. Also, there was no toilet paper in my room and I had to request it. Then there was no body wash and I had to call 4 times to get a refill. Also, it's an older hotel, so you can hear everything happening in the room next to you and in the hallway. You also have to pay $60 per day to park your car at the hotel. I will say the place was beautiful, historic, and in a great location, but I won't be staying there again."

"It was an old hotel!!! The shower was very old & had bad water pressure. It need to be replaced. I could barely get the soap out of my hair."
