My only complaint this time was the internet. We stayed on the 3rd floor, on one end of the balcony rooms overlooking the ocean. The internet was almost nonexistent, most of the time, in our room. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. "This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in the heart of Cozumel. The owner has literally thought of everything when designing it. The rooms are spacious and are decorated as an upscale hotel.
