Everything was great and the views were too. Wish the beach was a little bigger where it is. Maybe finding a way to open those rocks formation. Food was good and only 10 bucks to get to shopping via taxi.

Yo reserve una habitacion vista al mar y me dieron una habitacion vista parcial al mar , no hay camastros suficientes no tenias donde sentarte en la alberca , el personal de cateria muy serviciales los demas no mucho cuando hice el check out ya no me dejaron usar las instalaciones si me quedaba me querian cobrar 500 por persona hasta que me retirara nunca habia visto eso en grand park royal cancun es otra cosa

Room was clean. The room service was subpar and restrictive, amenities in room were hit or miss and also not in line with most all inclusives. The staff was kind but service at the pool bars was also hit or miss and took a long time. There is one smoking area on the entire property and a 10 minutes walk from all pools, etc. seemed pretty ridiculous not to have more accommodations. I also wouldn't recommend for anyone needing accessibility, the walk ways are uneven and elevators extremely small.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooking the gardens. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the room was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and always there to make your stay perfect. We can’t wait to return next year!

Very good value for our money. Beds are small (doubles are true doubles) but comfortable and fine for a week. Stayed 4 in a double room, 2 older teens and parents. The bathroom situation was a little weird with glass door on the shower and big mirror across from it so we put a towel over the glass door and were sure to warn each other when using the shower or changing. The toilet itself is behind its own door which is good. Spent evenings and mornings on the balcony - all rooms seem to overlook the courtyard and we could see the water and the ships from the balcony. Would not pay more for an upgraded view, but higher floors (5/6) seemed about perfect for views and a little more privacy in on the balcony. Bring your own snorkels and masks, you can see lots of fish and people of all ages spend their day snorkeling on the beach. Didn't see any for rent but would have missed the best feature of the resort if we didn't bring our own. Activites and entertainment were great - lots of beach volleyball and the staff make it comfortable for everyone to join. Tried all restaurants, seafood place is the best but only open 1-4 pm daily. Some excellent themed nights in the buffet, breakfast was always good. Little coffee shop and blue marlin snack bar were perfect for the rest of the day. Don't miss the evening entertainment - cultural dancing shows most nights and social events such as silent disco, carnival, etc. under the 'big hat' - family friendly and fun for everyone.

This was our fifth time staying at this resort. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The ladies at the coffee shop were excellent. The food was okay for all inclusive. Not great but you can find something to eat. The Mexican restaurant was pretty bad which is odd considering it is in Mexico. The snack bar and pool bars were great! The shows and dining experience has seriously declined in quality. I don’t think they have enough staff working the buffet dining area. It’s hard to get refills on drinks but it is clear the staff is working very hard. The shows are honestly pretty bad. Snorkeling off the resort is excellent. We saw a lot of cool sea creatures. I highly recommend Elite diving on site both Omar and Rueben are fantastic instructors.

The resort is an excellent vacation experience! Fernanda, the manager, was so professional. The staff members were so friendly and helpful! The place is so clean. The one thing I didn’t like was the snack food bar by the pool and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant and the buffet were soooo magnifique though. This resort went way above our expectations. Aldo, the pushy share time sales rep, was really cool overall. Pedro set us up with a great tour to Talum, Cobá, and Cenote! Finally Alma is such a sweetheart. I highly recommend this resort and we think, we may return in November of 2026!!!

La comida en general fue mala, así que la pasamos comiendo galletas, helados y snacks porque en los restaurantes el servicio era lento, muchos platillos sabían a quemado, les faltaba sal, estaban simplones o eran pocas opciones. Era inconsistente, un día el ceviche bueno, al otro no sabía a nada. Los frijoles sabían horrible a quemados, papas sin sabor,, pescados quemados, consomé sin sabor, postres sin sabor, ensaladas batidas y las cosas que se preparan en el momento (huevos, quesadillas, tacos) el servicio de 10.personas la fila siempre. Las albercas estaban turbias. La habitación no la asearon el primer día. Los shows muy buenos, el.personal muy amable. Pero no regresaremos

I have stayed here numerous times for 1-2 weeks at a time and the food was better than before but could be warmer whether served or in buffet, the pool could be cleaned more often because the walls in the adult pool was dirty looking and water was taking on a green color, staff and property was better than past stays

We had a garden view room & it was lovely hearing the birds chirping! Palm trees for the view! The staff were always friendly & helpful. The rooms were cleaned by 10:00 daily. The food choices are good & there are many options within walking if you don’t want what’s at the resort. This was our second time staying at Grand Park Royal.

Disappointed. Food was mediocre. Never hot, usually cold. Poor selection of food in the buffet area. Waiting in lines for an omelet was extremely long., Service was slow or food never came. Lighting in bathroom was very poor, difficult to see anything. Offered great deals on excursion but then told had to go through a 90 minute presentation on a Member Plan to get the deals. Lasted 2.5 hours.... painful high pressures sales. Has a tiny beach and not other beachfront to walk along.

Food was ok. Message was good but off of a noisy gym. Staff was good. Resort was clean!

Property was beautiful. Beach is small, and you need water shoes in the ocean to save your feet. Staff were friendly, and willing to help. Food was edible but nothing great. Pools were nice, activities were ok.

Very clean room. Resort, while older was very well maintained and updated. Lots of things going on. Staff friendly and outgoing. It was a very lovely stay

Friendly staff, lots of options to keep you busy. Great system to get everyone involved in hotel activities. Only downside id say was limited selection of food and the temperature at which it is served

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The all inclusive experience was over the top exceptional! Room was immaculate! House keeping was phenomenal!

This trip exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at the resort with a drink and easily checked in. We did check in an hour early and we had the option to pay $100 or explore the resort (we did this option)

Our first time at Grand Park Royal Cozumel did not disappoint overall. Cons: The rooms are a tad small. We had 2 adults/2 kids in a double bed room and felt a little cramped. The gym was not great. Not much for cardio, and the equipment was outdate. Advertised a sauna, but it was not in use. Pros: The pools were clean. The beach area is not huge but it felt safe, especially for kids, and we were able to snorkel and enjoy the ocean. The wait for drinks at most of the bars was a bit long and annoying at times. The staff was friendly but did not seem too eager to help. The Kids Club was GREAT! It was clean and the staff was super friendly. My boys, ages 8 and 6, enjoyed many activities in the kids club and we felt safe leaving them in the care of the staff. The restaurants were a bit disappointing and didn't feel like we had many options, but we took a cab into town two nights during our trip and explored and eat there. Overall the resort was well-rounded for kids and adults. The entertainment at night was fun. Everyone had a great time and we plan to return.
