"We had a wonderful time here, everything was clean neat and tidy. Plenty of amenities and options. The indoor pool is included with the spa so if you're wanting to use it you have to pay extra. Additionally, we booked this hotel due to laundry services being offered but we didn't utilize it becuase you pay per item and I didnt want to pay $7 for a single shirt being cleaned. "At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4...
