"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return...

"Lovely hotel, the room was well appointed and reasonably large (relative to others in Rome we have stayed in). The staff was very welcoming and always helpful. In particular Tessa, who checked us in, was great. The cocktail bar was excellent as was the continental breakfast that was included in our room rate. Plenty of nice restaurants in walking distance. Definitely a place to stay at again. We would thoroughly recommend it."

"I’ve stayed in several places and several areas in Rome and this one is very convenient and pleasant. Lovely updated spacious room I stayed in. Busy street in front but the rooms are sound proof enough from traffic. It is a 4 bedroom guest house not a hotel but there is super helpful staff at the front desk during the day for all the help you could need and more including plenty of advice on sites and food. They provided an early check in for me as it was available and watched my bags for me...

"We stayed in Rome for 3 nights and this hotel did its job. Friendly staffs and clean room. Had to check in super early because we landed early morning and they were able to accommodate us which we appreciated. We got to shower after a long flight before exploring the city. I love how convenient everything was. Bus direct to the main spot and everything was walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Great location! Love Trastevere! Property is right in the middle of all the action, we loved the area and how everything is in walking distance. Maria the host was there to greet us and check us in, she was lovely! she recommended a great spot for lunch and even called the restaurant to reserve a table. Check out was simple and Maria also reserved out private transportation to the airport for early in the AM. Great host and space, cant wait to return!"
