"There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other. I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key...

"The location and premises were amazing, lovely building, facilities, and views. We stayed in a bungalow. The pools were gorgeous and beach lovely to walk and swim in. They could do with a second sweep through of the pools for bugs in the afternoon, but when requested they did it happily.
